Services I provide

Group Training
Walk in, complete your session & walk out feeling amazing! There's no need to navigate a big gym or program as it's all there ready to go. The community has a common goal & is very motivating & supportive.
By appointment, I will run an outdoor boot camp for you & your friends! Think outside the square. A fun boot camp could be a great start to a hens night!
Spin! If I have 3-4 participants a 45/60 minutes spin class can be arranged. Get a few of your friends together. & make fitness fun! This is available for locals only as I run the classes from my home. I have 5 amazing body bikes set up ready to ride!

Personal Training

For those of you looking to improve your overall fitness & strength, personal training sessions may be the best option for you. 60 minute one on one or couple sessions are available & are designed with your needs & level of experience in mind.
Whether it’s to lose weight, tone up, gain strength, or improve your overall health, everyone needs to move their body multiple times per week & incorporating strength training is imperative.

Nutrition Coaching
My coaching is designed to teach you how to eat for YOUR body. I don't believe in fads or cutting out food groups. It's simply science & real food.
You don't have to track your food however it is encouraged to start with for the majority of clients. This is how you learn about ingredients, calories, macros, how much YOU need & when.
I have other methods available if this is not suitable for you specifically. Learning how to eat via other methods does form a part of your coaching when you do track too as it's not forever.

Group nutrition information sessions
Bring me in for a group information session to talk about the benefits of eating breakfast, diarising time to move your body & watch the productivity of an afternoon increase!
Does your team need a morale boost? What could be better than a team bonding session out in nature? Lock me in to put them through their paces!

One-off nutrition consults
A one off consult may also be suitable if
-you feel you generally have a good diet however know it could be better.
-you initially made progress however no change has occurred for some time.
-what once worked no longer works.
Book in for a 75 minute online or face to face consult to discuss your history, current diet & the simple changes you may be able to make to get that ball rolling again.

Meal plans
Do you want to be told what to buy, cook & eat?
'The fastER track' may be the best place for you to start.
This is a popular 6 week program for anyone who feels stuck or has absolutely no experience or knowledge around food. I create your customised meal plans myself & you shop, cook, eat & start to feel great! Over the course of the 6 weeks you will see & feel change, & be motivated to keep it up!
Moving to one on one coaching post the program is encouraged as you do have to learn how to plan your own meals for sustainability. Couples are welcome with a sneaky discount too.
Meal plans are also available for one on one clients post 4 weeks of coaching. After a routine is established, my ideas & experience can show you just how well you can eat & how 'normal' meals can be adapted, all whilst making progress toward your goals.

Programming
I have options for everyone from the newbies to the gym junkies, to those of you who want to workout from home.
Combine a few PT sessions with a simple program you can then follow on your own.
Have a new program designed every 6-8 weeks to promote change.

I am an experienced and certified nutritionist, personal trainer & the head trainer at F45 Tamworth. I am passionate about food & fitness & have been for over 10 years when I started a journey of my own that forever changed my life.
I've been there & done that! I've tried all the fads & I'm here to help you move away from making the mistakes I did!
Your goals become mine & through education & support, I am here to help you achieve them.
I understand the importance of having a personalised approach and tailor my clients coaching, meal plans & training programs to their individual needs. I get to know each of my clients & take into account their current level of knowledge & fitness.
I take the time to explain the importance of proper nutrition and its impact on your overall health and fitness. I provide my clients with valuable nutrition advice to help them make healthy dietary choices.
I aim to empower you with the knowledge & the tools for you to successfully maintain your results long term.

Do you design your own meal plans?
Yes. The majority of my consults are not conducted in person due to your time & my location. I have not personally met many of my clients.
Yes! All meals are designed with your needs in mind & are discussed with you prior to building. Dinner can be family friendly however will be based on your needs not theirs.
I sure do! -providing the palate of the couple is not too dissimilar & meals are basically the same. Adjustments are made to meet individual targets & goals. If meals are completely different, the price will set per plan.
Yes. Anything will work if you want it bad enough. It may take a little more organisation however it can be done. I travelled daily for previous employment & I took my food on the road. I have clients who work on the road & make it work as best they can.
Unfortunately no. If you feel your child needs assistance with their health & diet, you need to see your GP & seek a referral to the relevant health practitioner eg dietitian.
You will need to see your GP for a medical clearance to work with me. Depending on how long it has been since you had your surgery, it may be possible & a different approach will be taken. I have had clients work with me post 12 months of their surgery being completed.
I sure can! If it's not right, it's not right! Anyone can track food but if it's not actually what's going in, it will hinder/delay progress.
Yes. Making basic adjustments may be all that's required to initiate change. We would discuss your current routine, diet, exercise habits & what changes you can make moving forward on your own.
Absolutely! My career history included training & assessment & I have spoken in front of large groups of people many times. Productivity can fall of an afternoon in workplaces if employees aren't looking after themselves outside of work. I also offer team bonding sessions out in nature eg bootcamps
I am based in Tamworth NSW however offer online services. We live in a digital world these days & I also have adapted how I work to suit.
Depending on the reason for the referral, possibly. Dietitians work with many clients who have long term health issues whereas a nutritionist works with those deemed healthy. I am here to educate & help you avoid having long term health issues needing ongoing medical assistance.
As there are many options, pricing varies. Please contact me with your email address & what you're looking for & I can send you the details.
Unfortunately no, some dietitians may have a rebate as well as your GP however nutritionists don't. My pricing is scaled down due to my this & aligned with my qualification & services in comparison to what a dietitian would offer.
